HERE AT LANTERN, WE SERVE ELEVATED DONUTS & PREMIUM COFFEE TO OUR COMMUNITY IN DOWNTOWN COEUR D'ALENE, IDAHO.

A delicious donut at Lantern starts with our pastry-chef-led approach and our own unique sourcing of quality ingredients. This includes expertly sourcing and roasting our own coffees.

Every day, our chef brings his holistic from-scratch approach and over 30 years of experience to create the very best donuts, so people in CDA have something unique to enjoy. That means familiar flavors done in unfamiliar, highly potent ways as well as radically new flavors and experiences with our donuts.

We're committed to using the freshest organic, regenerative, and local ingredients in all of our food and drinks. Of course that means there are absolutely no seed oils, no glyphosate, no artificial dyes or flavorings, or anything else unnatural.

Instead, we do things like getting fruit fresh and vegetables from the farmers market and local organic suppliers. We’ll then break it down by hand and use it to create our incredible frostings, glazes, and distinctive toppings and fillings.

And our attention to detail doesn’t stop there.

Beyond our donuts, we’re also downtown Coeur d’Alene’s premium coffee roaster. Every coffee we have is carefully sourced by us, roasted in-house in our downtown location on Sherman Avenue in small batches, and served with exceptional care. We’re so excited to be bringing our distinctive coffees to the downtown Coeur d’Alene community.

It’s also not lost on us that we are the first dedicated donut shop ever on Sherman Avenue in Coeur d’Alene. It’s been a long time coming, so we're taking this very seriously and are here for the long haul. This isn’t just something we’re creating for the tourists (though we love meeting people from all over the world who come to visit CDA!).

Instead, our main focus is on our local space and our local people, because we love our town and we want to bring an elevated standard of hospitality, along with truly incredible, unique flavors for everyone to enjoy and feel good about.
